Leading infrastructure and platform operations across Smartech's AdTech and MarTech products, including Intrack, Affilio, Adverge and Adtrace. Over roughly 18 months, legacy infrastructure moved toward Kubernetes alongside large-data migrations, monitoring and logging improvements, and infrastructure cost reduction. Current work focuses on consistent failover policies and higher availability using Sotoon cloud solutions.

A smartphone verification and owner-number matching system with input reaching roughly 100,000 requests per second. Response time, correctness and uptime were business-critical.

Contribution & changes

Inherited on an older VM-based stack, then modernized onto Kubernetes. Monitoring and maintainability improved, while failover procedures became more consistent and the service stayed easier to operate.
