AsetA shared model for how a company works.

Aset explores a company operating system: a shared model of an organisation's capabilities, operating knowledge and decision methods. The idea is to connect these concepts without requiring every company to follow one fixed framework.

The problem

What is the research addressing?

An organisation can describe its work through several methods, graphs and frameworks. When those descriptions remain disconnected, it becomes harder to relate capabilities to decisions or preserve the reasoning behind changes in how the company operates.

Conceptual model · Under investigation

Design direction

The research direction is one underlying company model with room for different methods and representations. Aset investigates how that model could help teams map relationships, retain operating knowledge and evolve their own practices over time.

Research & development

Current status and boundaries

Aset is in research and development. The company operating system is a product concept under investigation, not a generally available platform or an operating-system distribution. The model, scope and implementation may change. Source code and internal materials remain private; no public release date is committed.
