Cloud and Kubernetes engineering built for production

Cloud architecture should match the product's traffic, data, recovery needs, team capacity and budget. This service covers new environments and modernization of existing infrastructure across public cloud, local Iranian cloud providers and on-prem systems, with Kubernetes used where it creates a better operating model—not by default.

When this service helps

Problems worth solving.

01

Cloud spend grows without a clear relationship to product traffic or reliability.

02

Clusters are running, but networking, storage, upgrades and recovery are fragile.

03

Legacy virtual machines need a safe migration path with limited downtime.

Engagement outcomes

The outcome must be measurable.

↗

A cloud and Kubernetes architecture tied to workload and recovery requirements.

↗

Safer migrations with staged cutover, rollback and measurable acceptance criteria.

↗

Clear capacity, availability, backup and disaster-recovery practices.

↗

Cost controls that protect performance and operational quality.

Delivery process

From discovery to stable operations.

  1. 01

    Assess

Inventory workloads, dependencies, traffic, data, cost, operational ownership and failure risks.

  2. 02

    Architect

Choose cloud, hybrid or on-prem patterns and define cluster, network, storage, identity and recovery boundaries.

  3. 03

    Migrate

Move representative workloads first, automate infrastructure and use controlled cutovers with rollback.

  4. 04

    Harden

Establish upgrades, capacity, backup, failover, observability and cost review as normal operations.

Delivery scope

What the team can put to work.

Possible deliverables

  • Cloud architecture review
  • Kubernetes cluster design
  • Migration and cutover plan
  • Network and storage design

Delivery evidence

Hybrid and local-cloud experience

Production work spans AWS, Hetzner, ArvanCloud, Sotoon and on-prem infrastructure. It includes VM-to-Kubernetes modernization, high-throughput services, failover standardization and cloud cost improvement under real availability requirements.

FAQ

Common engagement questions

01

Do you work with Iranian cloud providers?

Yes. Experience includes ArvanCloud and Sotoon alongside AWS, Hetzner and on-prem infrastructure, including hybrid operating models.

02

Is Kubernetes always the recommended answer?

No. Kubernetes is appropriate when workload scale, deployment patterns and team operations justify its complexity. Simpler infrastructure is preferable when it meets the requirement.

03

Can cloud cost be reduced without hurting reliability?

Usually, but changes must follow workload and capacity evidence. Waste, oversized resources and inefficient architecture are addressed while preserving performance and recovery targets.
